taibaak is owned and operated by AUSHIN INTERNATIONAL TRADING PTY. LTD. (ABN 51 610 989 118). Our online store is hosted on and powered by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

- In most cases, we will respond to your complaint within 30 business days from when we receive your complaint. If the matter is more complex or our investigation may take longer, we will let you know.
