Order Processing Time
Standard orders: we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. This processing time allows us to ensure the accuracy and quality of your order before it is dispatched.
Pre-order products: due to the nature of the product manufacturing process, some items are only available on a pre-order basis. A 50% deposit will be collected upfront, and the remaining balance must be paid before the product is dispatched. Pre-order products will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks after your order is processed.
Custom design products: if you’ve selected our design assistance service, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the illustration process. Depending on the pre-production communication lead time, custom-designed products are estimated to dispatch within 1-2 weeks after your order is processed (excluding time for communication for illustration process).

Shipping
Our warehouses are strategically positioned in both Australia and China, enabling us to offer efficient and timely delivery. The warehouse selected for dispatch depends on stock availability and personalized design needs. We leverage both international and domestic shipping services to ensure comprehensive coverage across Australia.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Our express carrier provides a fully traceable delivery service. Once your item leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package at any time.
Delivery times may vary by location, with standard Australia domestic delivery typically arriving within 5-10 business days. Please note this is estimated delivery times and can vary depending on factors such as weather conditions and unforeseen delays. Delivery to Western Australia, as well as regional and remote locations in the Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania, may still take a little longer than usual. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you within the specified timeframe.
Please make sure that you have provided a valid and current address for shipping and delivery. Post Office address, PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, Locked Bags, or Parcel Lockers are unable to be delivered.
