Return/Refund Policy

  • Damages and issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us right away. We'll swiftly evaluate the situation and make things right for you.

  • Exchange: For used goods, we have a no-exchange, no-return policy to prioritize the well-being of your furry friends and prevent any risk of cross-infection. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us right away.

  • Change of Mind: For used goods, we have a no-exchange, no-return policy to prioritize the well-being of your furry friends and prevent any risk of cross-infection. If you change your mind after placing an order and the goods have not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately to cancel the order. If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched or within 14 calendar days of receiving it, you may return the goods to our warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring that both the product and its packaging arrive in perfect condition, being necessary to pack the articles in an appropriate manner, in order to avoid possible deterioration during transport. We will only process your refund if the product is returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging with the seal intact. Please note that you will need to arrange return shipping and cover the associated costs.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, we will promptly process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us for further assistance.
