Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for choosing to pre-order with us! Please review the following policy to ensure clarity on the terms and conditions of your pre-order.
What is a Pre-Order?
Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, some items are only available on a pre-order basis. Pre-orders allow you to reserve an item before it becomes available for shipment. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:
Payment β A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase. The remaining balance must be paid before the product is dispatched. Please refer to the specific product page for estimated production lead times.
Estimated Delivery Date β Pre-order products will be shipped within 4-6 weeks after your order is processed.Β While we strive to meet this timeline, unexpected delays may occur. You will be notified of any significant changes to the delivery schedule.
Change of mind β You may cancel your pre-order within 3 business days of placing it to receive a full refund. After this period, cancellations are no longer accepted, as production or fulfillment processes may have already begun.
Returns & Refunds for Standard Pre-Order Items β Pre-order items that are not custom-made can be returned or refunded in accordance with our standard return policy.
Returns & Refunds for Custom-Made Items β All custom-made or specially made pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
Damaged or Defective Items β If your pre-order item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@taibaak.com within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
